With my above post I would also like to addd that in case of a reinstatement policy document whether we should consider effective date as the reinstatement date or policy effective date. I think that if we consider the effective date as the policy effective date in case of a reinstatement document then the policy period will change and this inturn will change the comp,collision and premium structure. I think effective date should be consider as the reinstatment date and not the policy effective date if it is not mentioned clearly in a reinstatement policy document. |
